(1) If you need to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment, please do so at least 3 hours prior to your appointment.

  If not, the cancellation fee will be 50% of your schedules service(s)

Appointments made less than 3 hours of appointment starting time will be charged for cancellation fee if cancelled.

 - To CANCEL your appointment, please log in to your BOOKER ACCOUNT and choose the CANCEL OPTION.

 - To RESCHEDULE your appointment, please CANCEL your original appointment BEFORE choosing the new time.

(2) For no-show appointment, the cancellation fee will be 100% of your scheduled service(s).

 * Your appointment will be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying the salon. 

(3) If you need to make any changes to the existing service(s) you booked, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Last minute changes will result in a fee if the final service(s) is less in value than the originally booked service(s). 

 * The fee is the difference in value between the services.
